Talks and Debates is a free programme which addresses issues of art, regeneration and public art commissioning. The talks featured artists, architects, local historians and urban theorists and sparked discussion around issues of art and regeneration. They continue to provide a context for the activity across the In Certain Places project. Previous series include;
